Hotels were comfortable and services good. Felipe was an excellent driver, very punctual and attentive. Guide good but penguins a bit disappointing. Would have liked the opportunity to see the King penguins colony instead. My fault that I didn't understand the possibilities when we signed up.

The only thing I would change is to leave out the cemetery tour in Puerto Arenas. The food and tour guides were great!

A thoroughly great vacation package. When the boat trip was cancelled I mooched around Puerto Natales and had lunch there. Then I returned to the excellent Altiplanico Hotel and had a good read in the lounge with its fine wine, cheerful wood stove and panoramic view of the fjord. No problem. I had no phone calls so cannot comment on your "Our phone attention" box above. But I can recommend you for a well planned vacation package. Perhaps to recommend one or two restaurants in Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales, although I had all my evening meals in the Altiplanico's excellent restaurant. First class food.

Is it possible to have a Plan B, when a full day's trip has to be cancelled by the agency in charge of it? One of only the 2 full days in Puerto Natales was cancelled at the last minute due to bad weather. There is little to do, or see in Puerto Natales. Plan B planning may well be a recurring problem given the volatility of weather in Southern Patagonia.
