Buenos Aires, El Calafate and Ushuaia

Day 1: Buenos Aires International Airport - Buenos Aires

Arrival in the International Airport of Buenos Aires (Ezeiza), reception by one of our guides and transfer to the selected hotel. Rest of the day free and overnight at selected hotel.

Day 2: Buenos Aires

After breakfast, Excursion Panoramic City Tour through the city of Buenos Aires with a duration of 4 hours: You will see the Obelisco, the Congress. The Squares: de Mayo, San Martín, Alvear. The Tres de Febrero and Lezama Park. The avenues: Corrientes, De Mayo, 9 de Julio and neighborhoods like La Boca, San Telmo, Palermo, Recoleta, Puerto Madero. Also commercial and financial areas, as well as football stadiums. Night accommodation.

Day 3: Buenos Aires

After breakfast, free day to tour the city. You can check for optional excursions to do. Night accommodation.

Day 4: Buenos Aires - Buenos Aires Airport - Calafate Airport - Calafate

After breakfast, check out. Pick up at the scheduled time and transfer to the Airport to take a flight to Calafate. Arrival at Calafate airport, reception and transfer to selected hotel. Check in and overnight accommodation.               

Day 5: Calafate - Perito Moreno Glacier

After breakfast we will start the trip to Perito Moreno Glacier. This excursion is the classic full day tour departing at 9:30 AM. And returning at 5:30 pm. Approx. It leaves from Calafate until the National Park, traveling 80 km. The same one begins bordering the Argentino Lake observing a great amount of European hares, maras, caranchos and black eagles. Soon we enter into a forest of lengas, ñires and coíhues on the Brazo Rico of 150 km2, until we arrive at the viewpoint of the glacier. From here and through footbridges at different levels you can see the ice mass of 190 km2.

Day 6: Calafate

Free day. If the passenger wishes to hire one of the optional excursions (which are NOT included in the final program fee):
- Rios de Hielos Express (With transfer and entrance to Los Glaciares National Park)
-City Tour with Walichu Caves
-Balcón Calafate 4x4 and Cerro Huyliche

Day 7: Calafate - Calafate Airport - Ushuaia Airport - Ushuaia

Breakfast, check out, pick up and transfer to the airport to take a flight (not included) to Ushuaia. Arrival in Ushuaia, reception and transfer to hotel. Check in and overnight accommodation.

Day 8: Ushuaia

Breakfast and then Exc. City Tour + Fin del Mundo. You will leave from the local port through the Maipú Avenue, towards the Pasarela Luis Pedro Fique, you will cross this narrow passage and you will arrive at the La Misión neighborhood, (site chosen by the first white men who settled in the area). We will also visit the neighborhoods of Brown and Solier (area chosen by the first immigrants who arrived at the beginning of the century).
In the tour you will be able to observe old houses belonging to the first Fuegian families like the Beban, Pastoriza, Canga, Fique, Salomon, Ramos and the Provincial Legislature, former House of Government.
The City will end in the Fin del Mundo Museum, one of the oldest buildings of the city. There you can buy souvenirs, postcards and books; In addition, the passports of tourists will be stamped as a souvenir of having visited the southernmost city in the world. Return to the hotel and overnight accommodation.

Day 9: Ushuaia - Tierra del Fuego National Park

After breakfast you will depart from the hotel and take the Ruta Nacional N° 3. At km 12 you will arrive at Tierra del Fuego National Park. It is the only National Park of our country that has marine coasts. In the area, two types of forest predominate, lenga and guindo, which develops in the wettest areas and on the coast of the Beagle Channel. In the coastal environments, you will be able to find oysters of the south and white cauquenes. You can also frequenty find the black-browed albatross in these areas, the steam duck and the petrel dive. Other birds characteristic of the park are the big maca or huala, the common and gray-headed cape and the black patagonian carpenter. Among the mammals is the guanaco and the red fox. Along the marked trails you can see the most representative species of flora and fauna. After the tour, return to the hotel and overnight accommodation.

Day 10: Ushuaia - Ushuaia Airport

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport.
