Itinerary
Head to the Abasto neighborhood, home to the Carlos Gardel Museum. This neighborhood, famous for being the birthplace of tango, is filled with the Tango spirit and makes you feel part of Buenos Aires. Then pass by famous Esquinas (Tango Houses where you can see a Tango show, former restaurants or cafés where Tango artists used to compose, play and dance Tango). Pass by some traditional bars and learn more about their role in the tango culture.
Then, head south to La Boca neighborhood, one of the city's oldest district, where European immigrants used to arrive by boat and get settled. Because of its proximity with the river, migrant faced humidity problems and used to paint their houses with everything they could find in order to prevent their houses from humidity. This habit made the neighborhood famous and La Boca's colorful streets are famous worldwide.
Walk on the Caminito, its main street, and learn more about its history and traditions. Then, go to the Boca Juniors Stadium and for those who wish to, access to La Bombonera and visit the museum and Stadium (optional).
Home to the city's football tradition, La Boca is filled with its spirit, as much as with the history and traditions of Buenos Aires.
Then you will be taken back to the city center.
Our tour begins with all our travellers being picked up directly from their hotels from 9am.
