Estados Unidos - Mar/2013Everything was very well organized and better than expected. The only improvements and recommendations are for the trip to and from Argentina. You need to advise US, Australian, and Canadians that they need the immigration papers and payment before entering Argentina. Also you should explain the 10 hour bus trip to visitors that there are NO food stops on the ride and NO food can be brought back to Chile. The last issue was at the Hostel Pehoe. We were in a very remote location without transportation to anywhere for treking or other activities. We asked the Hotel manager for a ride down the street (4 KM) but he said that was "impossible". We ended up walking and hiking for 8 hours that day and had a great day! The park is beautiful but the travelors need to have options for their activities on the "day off".

Excelente la recepción del hotel en Santiago con Champagne y fresas, champagne en el crucero con chocolates y nota especial del Capitan y a misma Belen y buena sorpresa el saludo durante el vuelo de regreso a Santiago.... Excelentes detalles!!! que sabemos es gestión de la agencia
