Estados Unidos - Nov/2014Chile is a beautiful country. We really loved what we saw and experienced. The overall quality of the tours are great and tour guides were all knowledgable and nice, especially the service provided by AndoAndies. Transfer services were all excellent -- on time and very friendly drivers. Hugo Passo from VisitChile.com did a great job in arranging the tours and hotels for us. He also replied my email quick. The hotels arrangements were very good. All hotels are in central locations with restaurants and markets whin walking distances. Breakfasts had a great variety to choose from.hotel staff were all vey nice to us.
Some of the the bus tours tend to speak a lot more Spanish than English. It would be better if the tour guides can balance the two languages out. City tours can be longer to cover more areas. We don't mind paying more for that.
