This beautiful city is located in north-east Chubut Province. It is famous for the Egidio Feruglio Paleontological Museum, which has exhibitions of Patagonian flora and fauna of more than 300 million years. Trelew also is a historical city, being from its beginnings a commercial knot that connects different zones of the province. At the beginning of the 20th century, its railroad connected the Atlantic coast of Puerto Madryn with the interior zone.
