I really appreciated the quick response after I tried unsuccessfully to book a trip with Cruce Andino myself. They sent me an email reply stating that someone would reply to me in 24 hours. After 48 hours, I wrote again and also posted something on their Facebook page. Still nothing! Thank you for booking the trip for us. It was wonderful.
