Description
El Aljibe Tango Show is the best way to have an unforgettable night of tango music, dancing and passion. The evening takes place in a converted restaurant and theater at the heart of San Telmo, an historic barrio rich in tango culture. You’ll get to taste delicious, traditional Argentine food, try unique local wines as well as see the height of passionate tango with some new twists from the Aljibe Tanguería.

Itinerary
Our evening begins at 6:30pm, at which time we’ll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the cobbled streets of San Telmo, an historical district with deep roots in the tango tradition. Here we’ll find La Ventana: the restaurant, theater and site of the incredible tango show you’ll watch later on.
When you sit down for dinner at 7pm, you’ll be presented with a variety of Argentine and international dishes to choose from. Your three-course meal will be accompanied by local wine, and a section of the menu is listed below.
After dinner, at around 8pm, the show begins. The traditional music, captivating dancing and stunning voices truly make for an unforgettable evening of tango and gaucho culture. The whole show lasts an hour and even includes a gaucho boleador demonstration, where you’ll learn about the age-old tool and the gauchos’ unique skills.
When the show finishes at around 9pm, we’ll bring our tour to a close by dropping you back at your hotel after an exciting and unforgettable evening.
