Know Tafi del Valle
This beautiful village is located in the middle of the Calchaquíes and Sierra del Aconquija mountains, in Tucumán Province. It has multiple natural attractions, like hills and forest, being the ideal place for all kinds of tourism.
It is a place to visit archaeological remains, such as the mysterious monoliths that were carved by the original inhabitants of the zone. In La Sala, there are 107 of these sculptures. Also, it has many estates, cattle farms where are prepared the famous cheeses of the zone.
Other places to visit are the Villa El Mollar, where is located La Angostura, an ideal reservoir to rest and to practice nautical sport. In Amaicha del Valle can be observed remains of the former diaguitas and also to be surprised with the stars in Ampipa's observatory. In addition, in Quilmes's Ruins there is a exhibition of an indigenous accession with an interesting architecture.
