Know Rio Cuarto
This city located in Córdoba Province, it is an important commercial center in the country, which connects the Argentinean pampas with Cuyo, and the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean. It is a town with a big trade, due to its several food industries. For its development, also it is called El Imperio (The Empire).
Río Cuarto has interesting places to visit, especially cultural and historical buildings, such as Fine Arts Municipal Museum and the General Fotheringham Historical Museum, with archaeological and rural exhibitions. There is also a museum in the former Andean Railroad Station and the National Technological Museum, with contributions of the Argentinean Air Force. Besides, it has an entertaining car-racing track, with a circuit of more than 1000 meters.
It has also beautiful parks, such as the Sarmiento Park, with beautiful gardens and an artificial lake, and the Urban Ecological Park, with 14 hectares with different species of wild fauna, such as mountain lions, carpinchos, and ant bears, amongst others.
