Know Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and its bigger and more populated city. Not only it is outstanding for being the political and economic center of the country, but also for its interesting cultural and artistic life, being chosen by the UNESCO as the City of the Design, in 2005.
It is a seaside town located on the banks of the La Plata River, with a temperate climate. It has dozens of tourist neighborhoods where the visitors can discover museums, art galleries, theaters, bookshops, enjoy tango shows, and an exquisite gastronomy with Italian influence and specialty in meats in its more than 3000 restaurants.
Buenos Aires is also outstanding for its beautiful architecture with European influences. It can be appreciated in the most important buildings of the city, such as government palace, Argentinean Presidential Palace, and the famous Colón Theatre. Also it has modern neighborhoods, such as Puerto Madero, famous for its pubs and gastronomy, constructed on the La Plata River.
With hundreds of museums, theaters, pubs, restaurants, shopping centers, and the best artistic and cultural life, Buenos Aires surprises those who visit it. Discover it!
